We all can’t have eggs, bacon, toast and coffee made before work but we can eat smarter fast food meals, if needed. Listed below are delicious breakfast sandwiches, with the nutritional value, from Subway, McDonald’s, Burger King, and Corner Bakery Cafe.
Subway:
I’m a big fan of this on the flatbread, but if you’re not that hungry the English muffin is just the right size. My sandwich is filled with pepper, green peppers, tomatoes, and onions. How about yours?

Corner Bakery Cafe:
This week was my first time trying the Anaheim and I was very impressed. Then I tried the Smoked Bacon & Cheddar and was bored. For me it didn’t live up to the delicious flavors of green peppers, cheese and avocado found on the Anaheim. Either way both sandwiches are ridiculously high in sodium.
